Yesterday

We started July of 1994 in a conference room in the Holiday Inn by the Dayton Mall. Many were saved there as well as baptized there in the pool. From the hotel we moved to our first permanent location in downtown Miamisburg at 201 North Fourth Street. In 2003 God answered miraculously our prayers. We were praying specifically and asking the Lord to give us 10 acres of land located somewhere near the interstate. God answered and moved us to our current campus in Springboro. To God be the glory great things He hath done!

Today

Current Debt and Repayment Plan

  • Our current debt balance is $400,000.
  • By continuing with our regular monthly payments over the next three years, we’ll reduce the principal by approximately $150,000, leaving a remaining balance of $250,000.

How We Can Eliminate the Remaining Debt

  • To eliminate the remaining $250,000 in three years, we would need to raise:
    • $83,333 per year (above tithes and offerings).
    • $1,602 per week.
    • $229 per day.

Breaking It Down Further

  • There are about 50 regular giving units in our church.
  • Dividing the $229 daily goal by 50 giving units means each unit would need to contribute approximately $5 per day.

The Plan

  • If every giving unit commits to contributing just $5 per day for the next three years, we can completely pay off our church debt! This small, consistent commitment can make a huge difference and bring us to financial freedom as a church.

Commit to praying daily on how God would have me participate in this building project.

Commit to pray that God provides for our financial needs.

Give Sacrificially

Challenge Level 1:

  • Go over and above your current giving by committing to an additional 5% for the next three years.

Challenge Level 2:

  • Consider a one-time annual gift that exceeds what you normally give-perhaps the equivalent of one week salary.

Challenge Level 3:

  • Consider a one-time sacrificial offering.
